Designed-in quality

Our 3-D design and modeling department follows strict quality control procedures to verify that all customer requirements are met. These procedures include:

• A “lesson learned” process to apply information from previous designs to current and future projects
  
• A design review and verification process performed by a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and experienced die makers, in order to evaluate the design’s functionality, specific part specifications, and adherence to customer specifications
  
• Applying and following Walker Tool & Die’s Design Standards throughout the project to make sure outputs meet the design input requirements
