A die is only as accurate as its individual components. To make sure every piece is precise, we rely on our state-of-the-art CNC machinery, along with the experience of our highly qualified machinists.

Walker Tool & Die is committed to offering our customers the latest machine tool technology to achieve the best possible results. We have continually updated and added to our list of CNC machines. Our current stable of 14 machines includes the latest technology from Makino, Hurco, Okuma, and FPT.

Our CNC department has been arranged to maximize production. Our machines are programmed both by dedicated CNC machine programmers and machinist operators who program details directly from 3-D designs using the latest software from WorkNC. In addition, each machine "cell" utilizes modern methods of palletization and standardization to keep the work flowing efficiently.
